Na da bin ich ja mal gespannt
Battlefield 5 is in development, will be military-themed
ZitatEA has confirmed that Battlefield 5 is in development and that it will be released in Fall of 2016. The game will also be military-themed, according to EA. Which isn’t a surprise — every single Battlefield game to date, with the exception of the upcoming Hardline, has been “military-themed”.
EA CFO Blake Jorgensen confirmed that he has seen the game in action that “it’s shaping up to be a fun, new Battlefield”. He also confirmed that Battlefield 5 will not go the way of Hardline, with its cops-and-robbers style, but will instead be true to BF3 and BF4.
Battlefield 5 isn’t scheduled for release until Fall 2016, a good two years from now. In the mean time, EA’s Jorgensen says that they “want to give Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline players more time to enjoy these games and immerse themselves in a game, the live service, and the community.”
The next game in the series is Battlefield Hardline, which will be released on March 17, 2015. Recently, the last official Battlefield 4 DLC Final Stand was released. However, we’ve been hearing rumors that there might be some more content for BF4 players in the future.
